Licence and attribution.

No endorsement. Neither the Public Procurement Office nor the State Data Agency has reviewed or endorsed a pack, and nothing in it should be read as their analysis.
Your licence. Ernex UAB grants the purchasing organisation a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the pack for its own business purposes.
Who may use it. One organisation. Unlimited named users inside that organisation, including its employees and its contracted advisers working on that organisation’s own matters. A parent, subsidiary or affiliate is a separate organisation and needs its own licence.
What you may do. Open, copy, analyse, transform and combine the files with your own data. Quote figures, tables and extracts derived from the pack in your internal documents and in documents you give to your own clients, in each case with the attribution line above.
What you may not do. Republish the files, or a substantial part of them, in any form, whether free or for payment. Resell, sublicense, lend or otherwise pass the files to anyone outside the licensed organisation. Use the pack to build or train a product, service or dataset that is offered to third parties as a substitute for it. Remove or alter the edition identifier, the attribution line or the licence file.
Term. The licence for an edition does not expire. When the next annual edition is published, the report PDF and the summary tables of the earlier edition become free. The contract level data file and any cross-edition comparison remain licensed.
Liability. The figures are derived from a public source and are published as an analysis, not as an official statistic. Ernex UAB accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of a pack.
Governing law. Lithuanian law. The courts of Vilnius have jurisdiction.
