Privacy.

What we collect. Only what you type into a form on this site. The free extract form collects a work email address. The contact form collects a name, an organisation, a work email address, the subject you select and the message you write. We do not ask for anything else and we do not buy contact data.
Why we collect it. To send you the file you asked for, and to answer your message. If you buy an edition, to deliver it, to invoice it and to notify you if that edition is later corrected.
Keeping you informed. If you tick the box on a form, we add your address to a short list we use only to tell you when a new edition is published. It is one email per edition. You can be removed at any time by replying to any message or writing to ant.gokcek@erne-x.com, and we do not need a reason. If you do not tick it, we use your address only for the file you asked for or the message you sent.
How long we keep it. A free extract request is kept for twenty four months. A contact message is kept for twenty four months after the last exchange. Purchase records are kept for as long as Lithuanian accounting law requires.
Who else sees it. The site runs on Framer and email is sent through our mail provider, so those providers process the data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own use.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it, by writing to ant.gokcek@erne-x.com. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
Cookies. This site uses only the cookies Framer needs to serve the pages. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
