About Ernex
Built by someone who’s done the work, not just consulted on it.
UAB Ernex was founded in Vilnius, Lithuania by Ant Gokcek, who has spent more than 20 years in sales, operations, finance, and international business development — building teams and businesses from the ground up across Spain, Turkey, Lithuania, and the MENA and GCC regions.
Today, Ernex channels that experience into two things: building AI-native software products end-to-end as a solo, AI-augmented operator, and helping small and mid-sized businesses put AI to work in the parts of the business that actually move revenue — sales, process, and operations.
No large agency. No inflated headcount. Just direct, hands-on work, backed by two decades of doing this in the real world.
