Anyone can download the data. What you are buying is that every number in here can be traced back to it.
The source is public. Ernex sells the work between the source and a number you can put in front of a client: the extraction, the cleaning, the classification, and the checks that stop a wrong number before it reaches you. That work is described here rather than claimed.
01 ONE FROZEN EXTRACTION
An edition is built from a single pull of the source, taken at one stated moment and never topped up afterwards. The pull is chunked, every chunk is reconciled against the source’s own count, and every raw file is checksummed and archived. Edition 1 was extracted on 20 September 2026. The same extraction was run independently on 17 and on 20 September 2026 to measure whether the source revises its own history. For this reference period it does not.
02 EVERY NUMBER TAGGED
No figure reaches the page without a tag naming the table or the source it came from. The tags are machine readable, they are checked on every build, and the build refuses to run while one untagged number remains.
03 NINETEEN RELEASE GATES
Nineteen automated checks run before an edition can be published. One failure stops the release.
04 BYTE FOR BYTE REPEATABLE
The published file has a sha256. A clean checkout of the edition’s code rebuilds a file with the same checksum. If it does not, the edition does not ship.
Personal data
No cell in a published edition or data pack reveals a natural person. Sole proprietorships and individual activity businesses are natural persons under Lithuanian law, and the source does not flag them reliably, so they are detected by legal form and their identity is withheld. In the 2026 Lithuania edition, 3,406 contract rows carry the marker “sole proprietorship, identity withheld” in place of a name and code. The contract, its value and its date remain, so totals are unaffected. An automated check runs before release and refuses to publish if any name, legal form marker or personal code remains. The last run found zero.

Independence
No sponsored placements, no paid rankings, no sector advocacy. Nobody pays to appear in an edition and nobody pays to be left out.
Corrections
Once an edition is published its content is never changed in place. A correction that changes a number, a chart, a named entity, a definition or a conclusion is published as a new version and recorded in the errata log with its date, what changed and why. Earlier versions stay available at their original link for at least five years. There are no silent corrections.
