Add up what the source publishes for 2024 and 2025 and you get EUR 51.58bn. Separate the amendments to existing contracts, identified from the publisher’s own amendment files rather than guessed, and EUR 21.89bn of it is new work. Everything in this edition is built on the second number.

02 You cannot identify the buyer from the buyer field The analysis most people want, who buys what, is the one this breaks.
03 The source truncates large queries without telling you A query that looks complete can be missing rows, with no warning and no error.
